A: It's for factual purposes that we've identified the perpetrator here. Peter Tasciotti was known to attend the Spackenkill High School halls from time to time. He is a figure shrouded in mystery. As memory clouds up, when the years roll on by, we may wonder who was this, what did he look like, what's his connection to the class, to his peers, to his friends, and to those scapegoats???
