The question is being posed - Are you ignoring your past or forgetting about it?? Like your past at Spackenkill High School, your youth, your teenage years - are you ignoring it because it is unimportant? Or are you sorta embarassed?
Would you rather erase history???
Does this kind of embarrassment lead to erasing history and facts? It can and it does.
But I admit I'm embarrassed about some things. I am embarrassed I was a total genuine rebel, in some ways that is embarrassed, ashamed, I was so radical and real. What I wish is that I was more into compromising and wish I had complied and watered down my ideals. Just so I could get along and fit in.
Efven though, I just admitted I am ashamed and such, it does NOT mean I'm trying to forget or hide it. Quite the contrary!!!
I will flaunt it and publicize it, mo fo!!! You damn scapegoats will never die and will never be forgotten!!!!
